Everything was beyond our expectations. Peter, the host/owner personally welcomes all his guests and regularly touches base with them. His staff is phenomenal and caters well to all their guests. Since the cars cannot come to the door front of the Riad, staff will come to the area the taxi can park to receive and assist with the luggage. They will do the same at departure. Since we were leaving early in the morning, they made special arrangements to have the breakfast ready to match our departure time. The room was very well furnished and decorated with antique furniture of very high quality. Overall, an outstanding experience. Just be prepared , the outside or access to the property is very ordinary as it is inside the Old Medina, but once inside, you will love it!

We stayed 4 nights here and enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Don’t be put off by the streets around. We felt very safe and once you’ve found your bearings, it’s easy to get around. Staff are superb. Always friendly and helpful. The decor of the whole Riad is tasteful and quirky with lots of places to sit inside and out. It is extremely quiet and relaxing. Could just hear birds and call to prayer in the morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable. With loungers and a place to sit on the terrace and table inside. We enjoyed one evening meal with the other guests which was good food and a different experience. However we wanted to explore all the restaurants nearby so only did this once.

This is a unique hotel, checkin with the owner took 1 hour, a full explanation of what to see where to go, and a full tour of the property. This was super useful. Diner in the hotel is either communual or indivdidual, I recommend communual, a chance to sit and chat with other guests and the owner (Peter). And breakfast, love this, it is between 9am-6pm, and you can have it delivered to your room, the terrace, a courtyard, you choose. The staff are wonderful, freindly and helpful. If you are looking for a regular Hilton type experience this is not it, go stay in a Hilton. This is a unique owner run experience, a family hotel in a great location.

An oasis of calm within the Medina. Despite the proximity to the souk, the Riad was very quiet with lots of bird calls in the established, shady gardens. The restored, historic Morrocan interiors are delightful and each room has privacy within the garden settings. The complimentary breakfasts were well provided with freshly squeezed juice, choices of breads, eggs, toppings, unlimited coffee. These were all provided in a peaceful environment in the garden setting. The dinners are delicious as well. The staff are all very helpful and polite.

The stay was probably the best I ever had with booking. Perfect location in middle of all the hustle but at the same time the most calm environment in the whole Marrakesh. Road provides a safe heaven, full of trees, birds, sun at the roof top and welcoming staff always with smile on their face and great service. We were welcomed by Peter, who was offering many tips. The price is great and fair for what you get and no one is trying to trick you with extra costs, we were always told if something was extra charge in advance.
